So here is how Little Birdie Digital Design got started...I began scrapbooking in a traditional format circa 1997 but in 2008, I discovered digital scrapbooking and it was a perfect fit for my busy life at that time. Eventually, that evolved into learning more about using Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital design.
That new knowledge lead me to designing my own digital scrapbooking elements and papers. I sold in two online digital scrapbook stores before finding my way over to ETSY. Now, I don't design scrapbook kits often but I'm not saying I won't ever again!
This knowledge also provided me the ability to begin creating things for myself such as home decor, party invitations and decorations, and announcements. I began adding these items to my ETSY shop as well. You can look for new items in my ETSY store, through this blog, or on my facebook page.
I began this blog as a way to track my journey into digital scrapbooking - and I've come a long way since the beginning. I've completed a college level course in Photoshop to heighten my skill set, as well as several online classes in both Photoshop and Illustrator by well-known digital/graphic artists. And now I use this blog to maintain my small, home-based business Little Birdie Digital Design.
